We are here to prevent heating & hydro emergencies, make hydro more affordable and share information on energy conservation. All services are provided in a respectful, dignified and accessible format.
Intake assessments are completed in order to establish home heating needs, identify resources available, offer appropriate referrals and information and build a personalized plan. Confidentiality is assured by using only trained and empathetic staff who are committed to helping people move from crisis towards stabilization.
The depth of the assessment is on a sliding scale depending on the level of financial assistance required.
